Candidates Forum:

Roger reported positive feedback, noting the forum helped candidates refine their messages.

A forum by the League of Women at the District Library on July 16 was canceled due to scheduling conflicts.
Cass County Fair:

Roger distributed volunteer sign-up sheets.

Kay will set up a voter registration section.

Lisa and David are organizing the online auction during the fair (July 27 - August 4).
New Precinct Delegate Welcome Packet & Training:

Roger seeks a committee for developing welcome packets and training.

Kay, Julie, and Karen volunteered to help; JD will conduct the training.

Mark reported a temporary GOP HQ at Sinclair Station for September and October.

Email List Merging Project:

David and Lisa are organizing fundraising, facing challenges with partisan perceptions.

School Board Reports:

Lynn reported DEI and transgender activism at Edwardsburg Schools.

Presidential debate: Some states may not allow candidate changes, and donations to Biden may not transfer.
