Cass County GOP Honors Founder and Outgoing Chair

The Cass County GOP Delegates Committee honored outgoing chairman Roger Boyer for his dedicated work over the past three years, recognizing his efforts in establishing and leading the committee. Although Boyer has stepped down from the chairman role, he remains actively involved as the Cass County GOP Executive Committee vice chair, continuing his commitment to the organization.

“Roger was the brainchild behind the formation of this committee and has worked feverishly to make this a successful group for the good of the county,” said Rick Marneris, incoming chairman. “We are thankful for his efforts, and we will all do our best to continue his good work.”

Marneris shared that the Cass County GOP is hosting a Lincoln Day Dinner celebrating the country’s 250 years of freedom on Saturday, May 2, at Gable Hill in Marcellus. The evening will include dinner and a silent auction. Click here for more information on the event and to obtain tickets.

For persons interested in getting involved with the organization, meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 PM at the First Church of God in Cassopolis. Find more details at CassCountyGOP.org.
